Bringing Extra Gasoline

EcoSport’s fuel tank has a capacity of 52 liters, and based on my experience with my Trend MT variant, it can cover a distance of 700 kilometers in one full tank (e.g. Manila-Bataan-Manila-Bicol). Bringing extra gasoline is only necessary under special circumstances, like going on an extended trip to a remote location.

Gasoline should be stored only in especially-designed gasoline containers. These containers come with nozzles (that can be hidden conveniently underneath the cap) for easy refilling of the vehicle’s fuel tank.

Should you need to bring extra gas with you, understand that it is a fire hazard, thus, special care and attention is needed.
