After about 6 years, we have replaced the shifter knob of our 2017 EcoSport Trend MT. The rubber started to peel off and while it is still usable, we’ve decided to replace it with a new one. The knob was not easy to remove and you may need to use some very good pliers to pry out the plastic components holding the knob (and the boot cover) in place.

Been following you and would like to thank you for the many help you posted which made our lives a lot easier. There is a Leather cover which can be bought from Shopee where one no longer have to do much, just cover the gouwy and sticky handle with it. Looks smarter as well. The gas cover gets defective and can be remedied with Velcro. It can be well shut with it.

Maraming salamat po, alam ko na paano remedyo sa gas cover pag nagkaproblema :)
Generic knob lang pala ang gamit ng MT variant, hindi mahihirapan maghanap ng replacement.
